1. Program Overview

The European Digital Inclusion Fund ("EDIF") in cooperation with the EU Tech Renewal Programme ("EUTRP") and technology partners Lenovo and HP, offers selected EU residents the opportunity to receive a premium laptop or tablet at a symbolic subsidized price as part of the EU Digital Inclusion Initiative 2026.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be a resident of a participating EU country
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and delivery address
• Not have previously received a device under this program
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Device Selection

Eligible participants may select one (1) device from the available options. Device availability is subject to stock and may vary by region. The selection is final once the delivery address is confirmed. Devices cannot be exchanged after selection.

4. Pricing & Payment

The subsidized price for laptops is €199 and for tablets is €99. In addition, a symbolic delivery fee of €9.99 applies, which is the only amount charged to the participant. Payment is processed securely upon delivery confirmation. The program sponsor covers the remaining retail value of the device.

5. Delivery

Devices are delivered within 5–7 business days to the address provided during registration. Delivery is available within participating EU countries only. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. In case of delivery failure, we will attempt redelivery twice before returning the device.

6. Limitations

• One device per person and per household address
• Devices cannot be resold within 12 months of receipt
• The program is not open to employees of EDIF, EUTRP, Lenovo, or HP
• EDIF reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide false information

7. Warranty

All devices are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's standard EU warranty (minimum 2 years for consumers under EU Directive 2019/771). Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your participation at any time before payment of the delivery fee. After payment, cancellation is subject to EU consumer law (14-day cooling-off period). The delivery fee is refundable if the device has not yet been dispatched.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU law and the national law of the country in which the participant resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the participant's country of residence.
